At Aime Dieu, we are committed to getting your made-to-order products to you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policies carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Region

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. International orders are not accepted at this time. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day) will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

Altogether, orders take approximately 5-12 days from purchase to delivery. Times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Shipping Method & Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Packages are shipped via DHL or USPS, assigned randomly — customers cannot choose a carrier.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until delivery.

Business Hours & Closures

Orders placed on Sundays, major U.S. holidays (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Customer service will also be unavailable on these days.
