Refund and Return Policy

At Aime Dieu, all of our products are made to order. We take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final, except in cases where a product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Reporting a Defective Product

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please email us at:

Include the following:

  • Your order confirmation email
  • Clear photos of the defective item

Claims submitted without these details may not be eligible for resolution.

Resolution Options

For approved defective items, you may choose one of the following:

  1. Free replacement of the same product
  2. Refund to your original payment method ONLY IF replacement fails or can’t be fulfilled

All replacement shipping costs will be covered by Aime Dieu.

Customer Responsibility

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery

All other sales are final. This includes:

  • Wrong size
  • Misspelled custom text
  • Change of mind

If you have made a spelling mistake, we will try our best to correct your mistake. We can not be held liable if we did not correct a spelling mistake properly.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses. (See our Shipping Policy for full details)
